Hi! My name is Casper. I am a bundle of love just waiting to meet my truly forever family! I am a very laid back guy who happily greets my humans when they enter the room chirping softly and rubbing against their legs. My foster mom thinks it is funny that such a small sound comes out of a big guy like me...LOL! It is my favorite thing when someone reaches down to give me gentle scratches under my chin or on the sides of my face. I really love being with my humans. I am happy to lay beside you to keep you warm while you watch a movie or read a book on a chilly winter day. I am very easy to entertain. Just give me a few good scratching places scattered around the house, some nice lounging spaces with a great view, and I am a happy guy! I am FIV+ but please don't stop reading. FIV+ kitties live just as long as our feline friends who have tested negative. We are healthy too as long as you keep us inside, feed us nutritious food, and make sure we get our annual vet check up. My foster mom included a few links below so you could read a little more about what it means for a cat to be FIV+. So many of us get overlooked because people do not understand. Well, I guess I better get back to watching the birds fly around outside my favorite window. I hope to meet you soon!

Hi! My name is Charity. I am super excited about going to a wonderful home where I can stay and be happy for my whole life. My brother and I were born outside when it was really cold. Our mommy was taking care of us but then she disappeared when we were too little to take care of ourselves. A nice person found us pretty quickly and took us to a place called animal control. We didn't stay there for very long because our really nice foster mom came and scooped us up right away. She made sure we had great food and lots of fun toys to keep us entertained. We learned to be really comfortable around small kids because her toddler liked following us around and picking us up. I am a very curious baby girl. I like to explore this wonderful world so I enthusiastically follow my humans everywhere! I really like getting attention from my humans too. I often run over to my foster mom and softly mew to ask her to pick me up. I like it when she holds me and gives me gentle little scratches on the top of my head or under my chin. My sweet little purr motor just rumbles on and on. It is one of the sweetest little sounds you will ever hear! I really enjoy spending time with kitties a little older than me especially if it is a feline friend who will groom and cuddle with me. Basically, I most want to be treated like a little baby princess...LOL! Please be sure that there is a feline friend already at home who wants to spend time with me or adopt me with one of my foster buddies. It would make me super happy. I hope to meet my forever family really soon. I am going to be the best little furry friend you could ever hope to have!

Hi! My name is Jonah. My sister, Charity, and I are super excited about going to a wonderful home where we can stay and be happy for our whole lives. We were born outside when it was really cold. I am an energetic and playful baby boy. I like to explore every corner of every room so I enthusiastically follow my humans everywhere! My foster mom thinks it is hilarious when I zoom around the room with my favorite stuffed toy or tiny fluffy ball in my mouth growling softly to let everyone know it is MINE...LOL! I am just as affectionate as playful. I am happy to receive snuggles and pets once all of my energy is used up. Don't worry, I will keep you very amused while you wait with all of my kitten antics. I hope to meet my forever family really soon. It would be so awesome if I could go home with Charity. We have always faced the world together so it would make moving to a new place so much easier for us. See you soon!

Hi! My name is Lioness. It is very easy to see why the nice people at the animal control place gave me that name. My body is covered in thick, long hair. I have a beautiful mane that surrounds my little face accentuating my soulful eyes. I am just a miniature version of my very large feline relative! Let me tell you a little about my personality which, by the way, is equally as lovely as my outside appearance. I am a little cautious when I am in an unfamiliar place or when I meet new people. I like to observe my new surroundings before I dive right in for playtime and cuddle sessions! My foster mom gave me my own space in this great big huge pen when she first brought me home so that I could watch all of the other cats to see how happy they were. She would come in to pet me and I would run to a cubby to hide. It felt great once she started scratching under my chin and on the sides of my face. I would start purring and press my face into her hand to ask for more attention. I am very content to be held and cuddled close to her now. It actually makes me feel safe and happy so the purr motor keeps on rumbling! I am starting to become more confident with other people too. It is important that I go to a home where the humans know how to help shy kitties like me continue to blossom! Remember those other cats I told you about in the foster room? Well, they have REALLY helped me to come out of my shell. My favorites are the bigger ones, older kittens or young adults. They still like to play and have fun with me but they also know I am a baby so they do not get too rough. My foster mom thinks it is hilarious when we are chasing each other and I stand up on my hind legs with my paws up to let them know I will not be intimidated by their crazy antics. I really do look like a tiny lion when I do that...LOL! My foster mom cares for me a lot and wants me to find the perfect home. I will need a cat friend or two a little bit older than me who will play enthusiastically but also teach me how to be a respectful kitty. Sometimes, I get super excited when I am playing and need to be reminded to calm down. Pretty typical for a little kitten, right?! I need a family with whom I can share a close bond because I am one very special girl!

HI! My name is Mae and I have a little story to tell you. Parts of it are sad and parts are happy. First, I had a home where people loved me. Maybe they only wanted me because I was little? Well, I got bigger. Those people put me outside and abandoned me. I got pregnant. Fortunately, someone found me and took me to a shelter. The shelter people found a rescue where I was placed in a nice foster home. I was cared for and very happy. I delivered four beautiful babies and was an amazing kitty mom making them strong and healthy. They were adopted and so was I. Yippee! I continued to be a fun-loving, happy kitty in this amazing home where people truly loved me. I thought I would get to stay there for my whole life. Sadly, my human mom developed a disease (that sounds scary!) and she could no longer take care of me. My human dad called the rescue and they took me back. I am in a very nice foster home again. The people here take think I am one awesome kitty. Despite a life filled with ups and downs, I continue to be a playful, curious kitty with plenty of affection to share with my humans. I am quite the conversationalist when I have some thoughts to share with my foster mom. I sometimes follow her around just chirping away. I also get along beautifully with other cats as well as dogs. I have a good bit of energy and love to play! I do hope that I will find my true family soon; the humans who will love me until I am just a little old lady kitty basking in a sunny spot by the window. Is it you?

Hi, my name is Willy! I am about a year old. Do you know what is so cool about that? I am full of fun and energy like a kitten but, you know, more mature than those zany little things. I know how to have a good time and then just chill out with my favorite kitties and humans. I am very affectionate! I adore sitting on "laps". My foster mom's human lap is my favorite. I also like to rest on her nice, warm LAPtop computer. I am not sure why but she doesn't seem to like that much. She needs to know I am just trying to help...LOL! I am so curious. I want to know what is inside every cupboard and behind every door. I am a handsome brown Tabby. My foster mom says I am golden which reminds her of the warm sunshine, even on these crazy cold winter days. My most unusual feature is my tail. It is short like that of one of those really awesome-looking bobcats. I think it is much cooler than all those cats with those ordinary long tails. I guess I might have a little Manx heritage, but who knows? My brother, Wonka, and I came to Pippi's Place from a rural county animal control place so the humans do not know much about our backstory. We were turned in as strays. That is a little weird because we are too well-groomed and friendly to have been strays for very long. We are certainly not fierce like some feral kitties who have had to survive on their own. Life has been a little scary for Wonka and me over the past few months. We really love each other so we are hoping to go to a forever home together. Could that be with you? Please?

Hi, my name is Wonka! I am about a year old. That is really awesome...do you know why? I am still full of fun and energy like a kitten but a bit more chilled out. I realize that kicking back and watching a movie or ballgame together could be pretty cool too! I am a little more laid back than my brother, Willy, but I still love to play chase with him sometimes and slap our toys around the room so we can pounce on them. I am very affectionate. I love to lean up close beside my foster mom and just purr and purr. I am a very handsome grey Tabby. My most unusual feature is my tail, which is almost not there at all! It is kind of like a little bunny tail. Pretty adorable, right?! I think my tail is much cooler than all those cats with ordinary long tails. I guess I might have a little Manx heritage, but who knows? Willy and I came to Pippi's Place from a rural county animal control facility. The humans don't know much about our backstory. We were turned in as strays. However, that doesn't seem quite right because we are too well-groomed and friendly to have been out there on our own for very long. It is pretty obvious that humans took care of us for most of our lives so far. We don't know why they left us but we are resilient boys who are ready to go to our forever home. Willy and I have been through a lot together. We really love each other, so we are hoping to continue to enjoy life as buddies with our wonderful new family. Could that be with you? Please?
